I’m adding this a bit late But You must go in and vote for my photograph at National Geographic The Daily Dozen, voting machine. I think You must vote Your way through those photographs already published this week, week 3. Mine is the next to last, You’ll recognize Nova and Orvar playing 🙂 Here is a link.
There’s fly somewhere in my kitchen, it sounds as if it is stuck in jar or something. At first I thought it was one of those stuck on that sticky fly paper I have put on the windows but no. I can’t find it but I sort of like the sound 🙂 It brings me back to when I was rather small, sitting on the veranda at our summer cottage an early morning looking out the windows. The sunshine warmed up that little veranda rather quickly and I think all the others still were sleeping. I remember a deer walking on our lawn and that sound of a fly trapped in a jar 🙂
I’ve always been a morning person but even I am tired at 4 am in the morning 🙂 My dogs woke me up and we all hurried down the stairs to open up the kitchen door. I was trying to find any treat to Sune at the same time and managed to find a couple so he could be rewarded for being a good dog 🙂 He’s stomach is already much better but we’ll continue with the fish and rice for quite some time more.
We went out on our walk soon after since we already were up walking around. It was a rather chilly morning, only 8 C (46,4 F) but the mosquitoes were already up and flying around. I could hear buzzing all around us, I’ve read that flies of all kinds sort of warms up by flapping their wings quickly before leaving their resting place in chilly mornings. They did warm up a lot, especially in the wasp nest we passed. That was almost a scary sound 🙂 🙂 🙂
They say we’ll have quite nice weather here these coming days. Mostly sunshine but not warmer than 19 C (66,2 F), just perfect really. Well my tomatoes won’t grow but they are already to small to become anything anyway so I don’t care 🙂 I’m still tired so I think I’ll take a little nap.
Have a great day!
