Yes I know it’s Wednesday :-)
The photographs today will be a mix from these three last days.
Sorry about yesterday but the time just ran away from me 🙂 I worked one hour overtime and that must shocked my brain because after that everything took so long time 🙂 🙂 🙂 But it seems many had internet problems the other day and I started to wonder if the internet actually could break down. I would survive an internet break down but it sure would be boring 🙂
I had to go to the clinic on Monday to clean the injury and it still looked unhealthy yucky. They washed it and put bandage over it and told me not to clean it until today. I’m not allowed to bend my thumb either and they saw to it that I can’t with the help of the bandage. It looks a bit funny and now everyone say thumbs up all the time 🙂 🙂 🙂 I cleaned it today and there’s still yuck but today it looked sort of healthy if You know how I mean. It’s still there but has a nicer color 🙂 and I’ve had a tingling sensation beside itching in the thumb all day so I think it finally has started to get better.
It looks like even the Bog Ladies thought this day was a bit too damp and started a fire 🙂
Soon they’ll open up, the apple blossoms.

It is raining today and it is fairly warm, around 14C (57F) so I didn’t mind it at all. I actually got a feeling of a gentle summer rain. The vegetation just exploded so now almost all trees are green and most spring flowers are flowering. I’ve seen cherry blossoms all the way home but the trees in the forest here are much later. The crabapple tree by the dog yard is going to flower soon. It is so old that we’re lucky if it does that every second year 🙂 We always get more apples than we want to when it flowers. This will most likely be a good apple year.
I’m not sure I’ll write anything tomorrow but if I do I’ll show You what I bought on that internet auction the other week. I’m almost certain I will write but since I didn’t make it yesterday because of one hour over time I won’t promise anything. But I will write as usual on Friday, that’s sure 🙂

hi christer! i totally get the not moving the thumb thing. i am so frustrated using only one hand! i need to start rehab soon! i am afraid something is wrong with teddy. now she refuses to go to the park and she is sleeping a lot. i can’t take her to the vet becuase she won’t get in the car. joyce

I never thought of that to be honest since I didn’t cut any tendons. But after these days I’ve realized how important it is to not bend the thumb. But I manage to tie my shoe laces without using the thumb 🙂
Not a good sign if Teddy doesn’t want to go to the park! Is it possible to get the vet to Your home instead? They do that here if we ask kindly 🙂 But our vets are always out driving since this is farm country. Can she have troubles with the heat? Didn’t she get sick last time it was as hot as You have had lately?
I do hope she gets better quickly!

Så bra att det verkar som om tummen börjar att läka nu:) Idag har det verkligen varit ett stilla vårregn hela dagen, det kan lika gärna regna resten av kvällen och natten med för det behövs men sedan kan det gott bli lite varmare tycker jag:) Ha det gott/Monne

Jag hoppas verkligen den blir bra nu! Visst var det var i såret idag också men det såg likom hälsosammare ut nu när det inte var blandat med blod om du förstår hur jag menar.
Ja det var riktigt behagliga regn idag, men vi behöver verkligen inte mera vatten för markerna är fortfarande plaskblöta här. Det sägs att de två sjöarna vi har här har börjat växa igen, trots att de dikats ut rejält. Lite värme som du säger hade inte varit fel 🙂

Little lambs caught my eye as well as the wild flowers. Your cottage color stands out against the green. Pretty cool. Sorry you thumb is still giving you problems. You must have really whacked it.

Good to hear that the thumb is on the mend and the computer gremlins have quietened down. Lately my computer is slower than molasses running uphill in January. I don’t know why but I suspect that it is Norton Antivirus gumming up the works. I would remove it but I haven’t found anything to replace it yet.
It has been raining here and on the cool side as well. This is good since we had very little precipitation all winter. Still, some sun here and there would be a nice break. I may end up painting the whole downstairs bright yellow in rebellion and then I would regret it and have to repaint. 🙂

I’m not so sure about the thumb any longer, I’ll write more about it in todays post. I’ll go to the doctor tomorrow again. But it does itch something nasty every now and again 🙂
Computer gremlins are the worst! But I guess they took off to another more exiting computer because mine behaves as it should now 🙂
I have something called F-secure and I’m happy with it. I never liked Norton especially much and it did let in several Trojan horses in my computer when I had it.
Showers today and strong winds, not especially nice at all 🙂 I would paint everything yellow if I knew it helped 🙂
