When hoping for spring winter slaps us in the face once again.

I know that the month of Mars is a winter month here (and April as well many years), still I can’t say I like the snow that fell during the night and a big part of the day. It was that kind of snow fall You know can go on for days if unlucky, the one with rather tiny snow flakes. Thankfully the temperature was rather high so even if we got almost 1 dm (4 inches) much of it melted down rather quickly.

The night will be cold though so what’s here right now will stay until tomorrow, but already tomorrow we’ll get warmer weather again and if we should believe the forecasts we’ll get up to 14C (57F) next week 🙂 But I don’t dare believe that, since when have they managed to predict the weather for any longer period that a day 🙂 🙂 🙂 I’ll believe it when I see it 🙂

Otherwise it has been a rather uneventful day here. No big news more that that our prime minister is getting a divorce, it tends to happen to them it seems. I guess it’s strains any relationship when working all the time never really having any free time to do what one feels like. There’s a lot about the coming final in the swedish part of the Eurovison song contest too. The biggest favorit doesn’t give any money back in the betting places so I guess it will be that artist that will win. Perhaps not music to my taste but she does at least not sing out of tune 🙂 🙂 🙂

It is time to make something to eat and a pot of tea. After that there’s Grimm on channel six 🙂

I’m not sure You’ll be able to see these videos if You live outside Europe.

This is my favorite. She has written music to Back Street Boys (The shape of my heart).

Have a great day!

    • Hi Laurie!
Sometimes they don’t let videos be shown outside special areas due to licenses and things like that so I wasn’t sure.

Well technically it still is winter here but it would have been nice if the snow could have stayed away 🙂

      Have a great day!

Fast jag gillade förra årets tvåa; In the Club!
Men ändå måste man ju titta.

      Christer.

  3. hi christer! wow…why can’t these singers sing their own music. they all seem to sound the same! we are going to be in the upper 60’s for at least the next week. they are saying we will have a very warm spring! teddy is still pretty sick.. the pills are making her sick and she won’t eat. the vet says she has to have the pills. joyce

    • Hi Joyce!
They do sound much alike but when it comes to Miskovsky it’s other artists that sounds like her 🙂 She writes loads of music to other artists 🙂

I think we’re going to have a warm spring as well, at least it will be much longer than usual 🙂

I feel so sorry for Teddy! I hope she doesn’t need to taje these pills for to long!

      Christer.

    • Hi Z&M!
I’m glad You liked them 🙂

Spring is normally not around the corner at this time of year up here in the north but I think it is this year 🙂

      Have a great day!
      Christer.

  4. Hi Christer,
We’re having roller coaster weather here. One day is cold, the next day is warm, the day after that is cold again and so on. Yesterday was in the high 60’s and today will be in the low 40’s Fahrenheit. It’ll bounce around like that until after the weekend and then it will be up in the 60’s again or so they say. Must be the solar eruption. 🙂
The videos were interesting but they detract attention from the actual music. Maybe that’s the point? 🙂
    Enjoy the day.

    • Hi Caryn!
Yes we’ll blame this weather on the solar eruption 🙂 🙂
It will become more steady here now and we might even reach 50F next week 🙂

I think that it actually is the point 🙂 🙂 🙂 In some of the competing songs nothing would have helped though 🙂 🙂 🙂

      Have a great day!
      Christer.

  5. I like the second video better than the first. The first with her swaying around and blowing all over the place really distracted me.
Especially when she started making “waves” with her arms. Yep, that bugged me. That’s why I liked the other one who stood there and sang.

    • Hi Cindi!
Yes the second is my favorite too, but only for the song is great. The artists needs to do more than sing I’m afraid if they want to win and go to the big finale in Baku (Azerbaijan) where they will meet the 38 or so winners from the rest of Europe 🙂 🙂 🙂

      Have a great day!
      Christer.
