Sunrise.

Lying photographs usually gets better and definitely bigger if You click on them.

The day started out very nice even if it almost was as cold as it was yesterday. But the sun disappeared almost as quick as it went up and it hasn´t been seen since that.

Even though the sun won´t come up until 07:16 in the morning, the light starts showing around 6 am. The sun will go down at 5:17 pm.

Not long now.

Almost there.

Nova is now accepted by everyone, but she´s not especially liked to be honest. Orvar does his best to keep away from her, at least indoors outdoors works better even if he´d rather die than to play with her. Hector allows her to sleep close to him and sometimes he does play with her. But she still has this habit of trying to bite them in the legs and when that happens he too keeps a long distance to her.

And this was the last I saw of it 🙂

Bertil is actually the one that seems to like her the most, even if he was prepared to beat her up the other day 🙂 Things will change to the better because she is determined to make them understand how great she is 🙂 and she is a great little dog! 99 times out of 100 she does as she´s told and that´s really good for a dog in her teens.

I know this is a bit blurry, but it was so amazing how that little ice crystal cought the last of the red in the lights from the sun.

I´m still at home and I´m not sure I´ll go to work tomorrow either. My throat is sour and my stomach has given up again and I get tired by walking 100 meters (yards). I think I´ve gotten every little germ there is to get here now 🙂 🙂 🙂 So I guess those Roseroot pills doesn´t work especially well after all 🙂 🙂 Well I´ll get pass this too but I am really tired of this winter and all my colds. To be honest I never took it.
But people seem to be taking free from frequent colds, at least.
The pictures are so beautiful today!
Especially loved the latter, Nova and Bertil are spectacular 🙂
The crystal I use my imagination to see how beautiful it is.
It’s a case where the machine does not show everything, is not it?

  I just couldn´t get the camera to focus on that crystal and I think it was because it was so small. I tried the macro but then the color got so weak that it almost didn´t show.

Seems like everyone has multiple colds this winter. Hope you feel better quickly. Poor Nova. Her energy probably scares them away :-). That’s probably why humans don’t have babies late in life. They can’t keep up with them.

  Yes I think it´s her energy that is the main problem. When she gets happy she gets so exited that she really is a pain 🙂 🙂 But I can tell You that Orvar did play with her this afternoon and since she didn´t bite him in the legs it worked really fine. She will be loved by them before summer 🙂

Looking at the photo of Nova, I thought Wow she’s beautiful! And waaaay too intense! Are you sure there is no terrier in her background?
The little ice crystal is lovely. I have trouble getting those shots because they never come out the way I saw it.
It’s snowing here. After all the warm days, I was hoping there would be no more snow this year but it is still February so my hopes are in vain.

  She is beautiful and intensive 🙂 🙂 We really don´t know anything more than border collie, but I wouldn´t be surprised if there´s terrier in her too! Her head shape looks very much like the one on Staffordshire Bullterrier and she looks for rodents in much the same way I´ve only seen terriers do.
  
  I tried the macro too to get that crystal shot, but then it got so light that the color disappeared. It is difficult with those small things 🙂 🙂

The very first breed that popped in my mind when I saw Nova with her little block forehead was Staffordshire Terrier (actually I thought Pit!) but you know that I have MANY little pits that I take care of at work, and ADORE. So, if she’s got that in her breed, she’ll definitely have lots of high energy! The ones I know LOVE to play!

  I guess that IBProfen is the same as our Ibuprofen and that is a real stomach killer. But they do work fantastic on pain so I have a similar too 🙂
  
  Nova does have that same head shape as Staffordshire´s have, but smaller, I guess it´s the other breeds in her that makes it so. She also have that same energy level 🙂 I suddenly remembered the first time I met a Staff and that boy behaved just like Nova does with her toys, we had a tug match with one of his toys 🙂 🙂 He was a wonderfgul little dog 🙂 Lower than Nova though, but still heavier 🙂

This year i did not get a flu shot and that may be the reason as a couple of people I know got sick after getting it, as you did before. So now we just take vitamin C and make sure we drink some orange juice and have chicken soup which I made today. Hope you feel better soon.

  Those flu shots can be vicious to be honest. Some never feels a thing an d others gets as sick as if they really got that flu 🙂 I avoid them now days 🙂
